Since everyone is a fan of the kebab, I thought it was time to share my Kebab recipe on the blog.  It's very easy to make with a few key ingredients you'll be making your very own kebabs in no time.  Dip in mint chutney or even ketchup if you prefer.  Or you can even make a kebab sandwich in pitta bread, filled with salad and your favourite sauce.  Perfect!

500g Lamb Mince (from shoulder)
1 Onion (small cubed)
1 small Tomato (take the seeds out and cut into small cubes)
3 slice Bread (cut crust off and soaked in water)
10 Green Chillies (grind)
1/2 bunch Methi Bhaji (chopped) (Fenugreek)
1/2 bunch Fresh Coriander (chopped)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tbsp Chana Flour (Chickpea Flour)
3 sticks Spring Onion (chopped)
1/2 bunch Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Baking Powder

With the lamb mince mix together onion, tomato, bread and chillies and all other ingredients.

Shape into balls, long, flat patties. Any shape you like and shallow fry in medium heat until brown.

Let me know if you try these out and how do you like to eat yours?
