We all love pizza don't we?  I don't know anyone who doesn't!  I've been thinking wouldn't it be great if you could take pizza with you as part of a packed lunch?  Well, now you can with these pizza rolls.  They're great for picnics in the park too and you can fill them with all your favourite pizza toppings.  What more could you want?!

Pizza Rolls


2 cups Plain Flour
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Fast Action Yeast
Lukewarm Water

Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Make the dough with lukewarm water, using just enough to bind all the ingredients together. 
Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.


1 Chicken Breast (small cubes)
1tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Green Chilli & Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder

In approx 1 tbsp of butter cook all above ingredients until cooked.


Divide the dough into 6 balls

Roll out into a saucer sized circle

Spread tomato sauce mixed with red chilli powder on each circle.

Sprinkle grated cheese

Cut red/green/yellow peppers, onion, tomato into small cubes. Place some of each of the circles. You can also add sweetcorn and other pizza toppings you like

Add the chicken on top

Sprinkle more grated cheese and add oregano

Pinch the edges of each circle to form a ball. Place on a greased baking tray with the closed side down

Leave to rise for 1/2 an hour to 45 mins 
Bake on gas mark 4 until golden brown
